Tom Stypulkoski

 

Tom Stypulkoski brings over 30 years of experience in the Total Rewards field, including more than 20 years in leadership roles across multiple industries. His career has included pivotal positions at Fortune 100 companies such as TRW, Best Foods International, Automatic Data Processing, Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, Sovereign Bank, and Saint-Gobain Corporation.

 

Tom’s expertise spans a wide range of strategic workforce planning solutions and programs, including base and incentive compensation, performance management, career development, employee engagement and retention, and employee rewards and recognition initiatives. His success stems from a deep understanding of workforce requirements and the ability to conduct effective employee skill gap analyses and capacity planning, enabling robust alignment with organizational culture and business goals.

Being an impactful corporate citizen is also important to ICONIC Rewards. Our pledge is to donate 10% of revenue generated by the company each year to a nonprofit organization focused on children's health and welfare.
