Tom's background spans 30+ years in the Total Rewards arena with over 20 years in leadership roles across multiple industries, with the majority of that time in Fortune 100 companies such as TRW, Best Foods International, Automatic Data Processing, Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, Sovereign Bank and Saint-Gobain Corporation.
His breath of program development and implementation includes base and incentive compensation, performance management and career development, and employee recognition and benefits programs. The driver behind his success has been the effective assessment of workforce requirements and existing capabilities, and subsequent development of strategic workforce planning to ensuring a strong alignment to an organization's mission and goals.

Iconic Rewards will also invite its clients to partner in its social responsibility mission. In the first quarter of each year, ICONIC will reach out to it's prior year clients and present up to three children's charities.
